We promote rural youth for employment in market demand vocational trades. OPJCC Angul is committed to changing lives, empowering youth, and strengthening individuals and communities.  We offer specialized training aligned with the needs of local and state employers.  Holistic training helps students succeed. Every student receives technical and soft skills training. Students practice using the latest technologies found in industry.  Well-rounded preparation makes OPJCC Angul pass outs competitive in global labour market.  This is our primary aim.

We have a growing presence in industrial, on-the-job training and supervision in construction and welder cum fabrication trades.  Our instructors provide skills gap training and multi-skilling to industry workers, as well as to those seeking government skills certification through RPL (recognition of prior learning).
